JET-LUBE’s BLUE COMPLEX HT GREASETM is designed to lubricate ball, roller and journal bearings for prolonged periods of time at high temperatures and under conditions of load. This product utilizes a high temperature calcium complex thickener to provide outstanding resistance to water wash out and leakage at high temperature resulting in longer service life.

BLUE COMPLEX HT develops its load carrying properties from the Calcium Acetate and Calcium Carbonate built into the complex soap thickener as opposed to organo-metallic and organo-sulfur compounds that attack elastomeric components at temperatures above 250°F. Because of this, BLUE COMPLEX HT can be utilized at higher operating temperatures.

The highly refined petroleum oils utilized have a beneficial, slightly plasticizing property to aid in elastomer property retention at elevated temperatures.

BLUE COMPLEX HT is also available in a soft NLGI ”0“ and ”00“ consistencies that utilizes a special arctic base oil for easy dispensing at low temperatures and through all types of central lube systems.

Applications:
This grease is recommended as a multipurpose product for the lubrication of both over-the-road and off-highway trucks, tractors and heavy duty equipment. It lubricates and protects fifth wheels, king pins, wheel bearings, steering systems, all chassis points, valve actuators, valve stems, kiln wheels and mining equipment.
