It is formulated using mineral oil with an aluminum complex soap thickener and fine graphite. SumTech WT-500 offers high load-carrying capacity and adhesiveness to prevent metal–to-metal contact of tooth flanks. It creates a long durability lubricating film and protects tooth flanks even during prolonged gear alignment procedures. SumTech WT-500 is suitable for high pressures, has excellent anti-corrosion properties and is free of raw materials containing bitumen, solvents, heavy metals, chlorine or solid matters.
Applications: SumTech WT-500 is a spread adhesive lubricant specifically developed for large open girth gears, pinions drives, winches, slideways, racks, large chain drives and wire ropes.
