Pennzoil® Automatic Transmission Fluid is a petroleum-based fluid for automatic and powershift transmissions. It meets the requirements of transmissions requiring DEXRON® -III MERCON® fluids. In addition, Pennzoil® Automatic Transmission Fluid is an approved Allison C-4 fluid and is qualified as a Caterpillar TO-2 lubricant. Not for use in 2006 and later GM vehicles or 2007 and later Ford vehicles.

Formulated specially for anti-shudder by allowing electronically-controlled torque converter clutches to operate shudder-free. With a high-viscosity index that helps it keep its body, this fluid assures rapid flow throughout the transmission and helps prevent wear on moving parts.

Applications:
PENNZOIL® AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID provides superior wear protection for all passenger cars and light trucks requiring the use of a Type A or Type A Suffix A, DEXRON®, DEXRON®-II, DEXRON®-IIE, DEXRON®-III or MERCON® Automatic Transmission Fluid. It is also applicable in certain transmissions found in General Motors, Ford (other than or Type F fluids), Chrysler, American Motors, Nissan, Honda, VW, Subaru, Mitsubishi, Isuzu, Toyota, Fiat, Audi, Alfa Romeo, Renault, Porsche and Mercedes Benz.
