Applications: Shell ATF 3353 was developed as service and initial fill automatic transmission fluid for the fill-for-life requirements of the newest generation of Daimler Chrysler MB-Pkw-7-speed AT W7A 700, which replaces the previous 5-speed automatic transmission W5A 580, per the new Mercedes Benz Sheet 236.12.
This ATF is mandatory for new generation automatic transmissions (NAG-2) and is backwards compatible for all previous Mercedes Benz automatic transmissions (with exception of A-class and Vaneo automatic transmissions).
